The Asian Oncology Society (AOS) has served as a unified organization of APFOCC (the Asian and Pacific Federation of Organizations for Cancer Research and Control) and ACOS (Asian Clinical Oncology Society) since 2018. AOS was established with the vision of making one big powerful organization representative of entire Asia oncology society. 45 Asian local cancer societies from 15 countries have endorsed AOS, and the AOS holds a congress annually, with host sites rotating among the Asian region.
